Programme terms
Partner Programme Terms
These terms govern the BookHomeMassage partner programme. Registration as a partner constitutes acceptance of these terms. Where BookHomeMassage and a partner have concluded an individual written agreement, that agreement prevails.
Standard terms in force as of September 4, 2026.
1. Nature of the programme and the relationship
The programme serves the promotion of BookHomeMassage services and the growth of their recognition and use. The partner acts as an independent promoter. The partner is not an employee, agent or representative of BookHomeMassage and may not enter into commitments on its behalf. The relationship is not exclusive for either party. Customers introduced under the programme are and remain customers of BookHomeMassage; attribution establishes a claim to commission as defined in these terms and no other right in respect of any customer or booking.
2. Participation
The programme is open to holders of a BookHomeMassage account. Registration as a partner constitutes acceptance of these terms. Information provided on registration must be accurate and kept current. BookHomeMassage may refuse, suspend or terminate a partner account that breaches these terms or applicable law.
3. Promotional materials and use of the brand
The partner receives a personal referral code, share link and QR code. These identify the partner and may not be transferred, sold or sublicensed. All trade marks and materials remain the property of BookHomeMassage and are licensed solely for the purposes of the programme; the licence is revocable. The partner may promote at any scale in channels the partner operates or is authorised to use, including groups, channels, social media accounts, subscribed mail or messaging lists, accommodation materials and print; a third-party group counts as authorised where its administrator has permitted the promotion. The partner may also run advertising at the partner’s own cost targeted at generic keywords. The following are prohibited: bulk delivery of messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, including spam SMS, mass direct messages to strangers and posting in third-party groups contrary to their rules; bidding on the BookHomeMassage name, or presenting the code as an official BookHomeMassage discount code in paid advertising; submitting the code to coupon or discount-code aggregation platforms, while presenting the offer within the partner’s own site or content remains permitted; and misleading promotion of any kind. Breaches of this clause are dealt with according to their circumstances: a first and minor breach draws a warning and a period to remedy; repetition or greater weight may lead to suspension of the partnership and of payouts; serious cases, or failure to remedy, lead to termination. The nature of the conduct, its reach, intent and repetition are taken into account. Regardless of the measure applied, bookings obtained through prohibited channels and the commission on them may be voided. Promotion implying adult or unlawful services falls outside this gradation and terminates the partnership with immediate effect. BookHomeMassage may replace a code or link for security reasons; the version shown in the portal is authoritative.
4. Attribution
A customer is attributed to the partner where the customer’s first completed booking with BookHomeMassage results from the partner’s link or code. Attribution runs for 5 years from that booking and is not affected by any later use of another partner’s link or code. Customers who have previously completed a booking are not attributed. Attribution is determined by the system records of BookHomeMassage, which are decisive. Where no link was opened and no code entered, no attribution arises; attribution is not reconstructed retrospectively.
5. Commission
The standard rates are 8% of the commissionable amount of the attributed customer’s first completed booking and 3% of the commissionable amount of each further completed booking within the attribution period. The commissionable amount is the service amount actually paid by the customer, excluding tips, taxes, travel surcharges and payment costs, excluding amounts covered by vouchers, credits or promotions. The rate in force at the time a booking is made is recorded with that booking and is not subsequently changed. Refunds after service completion are reviewed by operations to determine any commission adjustment.
6. Confirmation, settlement and payment
Eligible new commission is confirmed when the service is completed, including cash bookings. Older pending records follow their original schedule. Amounts awaiting currency conversion or review are excluded from current payout totals. Confirmed amounts with completed currency conversion are paid monthly to the payout details confirmed with the partner via the registered phone number. No retention is withheld. Amounts below the minimum payout are carried forward. Amounts that cannot be paid because the partner is unreachable or has not provided payout details are held without interest. BookHomeMassage may set off claims against the partner against payouts. Taxes on commission are the responsibility of the partner; deductions required by law are withheld. Conversion uses the valid quote available when the conversion is processed; it may be cached for up to 24 hours. Successful conversions remain fixed. If no quote is available, conversion is retried later. Changing your payout currency recalculates commission that has not entered settlement, using its original amount. Paid records retain their recorded currency.
7. Irregular bookings and commission adjustments
Refunds or cancellations after service completion do not automatically recalculate confirmed commission. Operations reviews the booking and any required adjustment. Self-referrals, fabricated bookings and other violations are voided or reviewed under the applicable rules. Amounts already paid require manual reconciliation; confirmation does not imply automatic recovery. These commission rules do not change the customer refund policy.
8. Fair use
No commission arises on bookings placed by the partner, by members of the partner’s household or staff, or through accounts or devices linked to the partner. Fabricated or staged bookings, bookings arranged to exploit the welcome offer, and manipulation of clicks or claims in order to capture customers not introduced by the partner are treated as fabrication; the commission concerned is void and the partnership may be terminated. BookHomeMassage may review suspicious commission and void unpaid amounts or arrange an adjustment under these terms; confirmation does not prevent later review. Determinations made on the basis of system records are conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Upon ordinary termination, commission already accrued under these terms is confirmed and paid in the ordinary course, and attribution ends. Upon termination for breach, commission connected with the breach is void; BookHomeMassage may withhold unpaid amounts pending investigation; and where fabrication pervades the account, all unpaid commission of that account may be voided.
10. Changes, suspension and closure of the programme
Standard rates for future bookings may be changed on 30 days’ notice; bookings already made retain their rate. These terms may be amended on notice given in the same manner; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. BookHomeMassage may suspend or close the programme at any time; commission confirmed up to that point remains payable.
11. Data and confidentiality
The partner receives no customer names, contact details or addresses. Reports show bookings as masked references with date, city and amounts only. The partner may not collect customer data on behalf of BookHomeMassage. Portal data is provided solely for the partner’s own performance review and may not be resold or published. The partner’s own account data is processed in accordance with the BookHomeMassage privacy policy.
12. Limitation of liability and general provisions
The programme, the portal and the links are provided as they stand. BookHomeMassage gives no warranty as to booking volumes, income or uninterrupted tracking; technical failures give rise to no claim. The total liability of BookHomeMassage in connection with the programme is limited to commission accrued and unpaid; liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected. BookHomeMassage may assign this agreement to an affiliated company; the partner may not assign it. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Notices to the partner given via the registered phone number or by announcement on the programme site are deemed served. These terms constitute the entire agreement for the programme unless an individual written agreement provides otherwise.
